We recently learned that our members and business partners may have received an email notifying them that the hotel block for our Annual Conference & Exhibit is open. This is NOT the League’s hotel room block. The League’s Annual Conference & Exhibit room block information will be sent AFTER you register for the conference and the link will be sent from League staff.

Delegate Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

Payment can be made by credit card or check. To pay by check, complete the online registration and print a copy of your receipt and mail with payment to the League:

All cancellations must be done in writing and are subject to a $5 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used on the registration. No refunds will be made to no-shows or those who cancel after September 7.

Exhibit/Sponsor/Advertiser Payment, Cancellations and Refunds
No sponsorships are exclusive or limited to one company per service area. For example, more than one engineering firm may become a workshop sponsor. No competitors to our Endorsed Programs can exhibit. Registration will not be processed without payment. All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing exhibit@iowaleague.org. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given within one week of the show date.
