Either way, a capital improvement plan can be beneficial to provide a framework for everything, providing a spark of excitement of investment in your community. But what do you do once you have identified desired capital projects? We will discuss capital improvement planning and, just as importantly, how follow through and fund your identified projects using tax-exempt borrowing and/or pay-as-you-go cash flow planning, helping you achieve your community’s objectives. |
