Additionally, investing in sustainable land management improves water quality, reduces flooding, and helps attract professionals, businesses, and employees who are drawn to vibrant, sustainable communities. The presentation highlights the importance of funding, policy support, and partnerships in achieving these outcomes. The core message—”If you clean it, they will come!”—reinforces that when people feel connected to a place, they are more likely to protect it, invest in it, and contribute to its long-term success.
