We promote resilient stormwater management practices through education, training, and advocacy. The Iowa Stormwater Education Partnership (ISWEP) was founded in 2005 to help communities navigate stormwater regulations. Our mission is to enable everyone to value and improve water quality through education and technical services. Our organization has grown to 75 members across Iowa including cities, universities, counties, and professionals working together to protect water quality and manage stormwater effectively.
