JCG Land Services, Inc. (JCG) has been providing real estate and right-of-way services since 1993. We have six different offices, four of which are in Iowa and over 85 employees, consisting of acquisition agents, licensed real estate agents and brokers, experienced project managers, Notaries Public, GPS collection and GIS mapping specialists, certified land title professionals, and abstracting and document specialists. Our experience allows us to anticipate complications, quickly react to the unexpected, and develop strategies to reach creative solutions for complex or difficult acquisitions.
