Description
The Iowa State Revolving Fund (SRF), administered by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA), provides Iowa communities with low-cost funds to invest in infrastructure that delivers safe drinking water and keeps waterways clean. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, administered by the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), provides federal grants to low- and moderate-income communities to construct water infrastructure projects.
