IPAIT, a cash management program, was created in 1987 specifically to serve the investment and liquidity management needs of Iowa’s cities, counties, municipal utilities and other governmental entities. IPAIT is proud to partner with the League and seeks to offer safety of principal, liquidity and competitive rates. We have had the exceptional honor to provide support and services to public Iowa participants for over 30 years.
