ICAP is a member-owned, group self-insurance program that provides property and casualty coverage to Iowa public entities. Nearly 800 Iowa public entities, including approximately 350 Iowa cities, participate in the Pool and enjoy the comprehensive coverages, risk management services and tailored resources ICAP affords.
