The Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) has been a cornerstone to the Iowa pavement history for more than 60 years. Through education, innovation, and partnership the ICPA has helped engineers and local governments advance the use of concrete pavements for durable, long lasting streets, trails, and airport projects. The ICPA works closely with SUDAS, the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center, and many other resources, to maintain our expertise and serve as your resource for all other things concrete.
