The Iowa Water Environment Association (IAWEA), formerly known as the IWPCA, was founded in 1915 and exists today as an organization of over 600 members whose goal is education and improvement in the quality of Iowa waters. IAWEA members include educators, operators, engineers, regulators, municipal officials, suppliers and students.
