Description

The Iowa Finance Authority administers the State Revolving Fund (SRF) in partnership with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. The SRF offers low-cost funds for public drinking water and wastewater facilities. The program receives federal grants that allow for low-interest loans to help communities affordably build or update water facilities.
