ICAP is a member-owned, group self-insurance program that provides property and casualty coverage to Iowa public entities. More than 800 local municipalities, including approximately 350 Iowa cities, participate in the Pool and enjoy the comprehensive coverages, risk management services and tailored resources ICAP affords.
