Beverage Cart Sponsor (1 available) – $825

On-Site Golf Hole Sponsor (3 available, hole #1/#15/putting green) – $825
Signage at one golf hole, opportunity to display company material and staff golf hole, opportunity to provide beverages/snacks to golfers at golf hole, opportunity to provide a small item to golfers for the golf bag, lunch provided for up to two additional people at golf hole, recognized in Cityscape magazine.
Golf Hole Sponsor (16 available) – $625
Signage at one golf hole, opportunity to provide a small item to golfers for the golf bag, recognized in Cityscape magazine. Golf hole sponsors are encouraged to create golf teams with city clients.
Golf Bag Item Sponsor – $225
Sponsor must provide 75 of the items to include in the golf bag. Items must be received by June 12. Some items may only be included on a first-come basis. Because the gift is going through the League, you can get your name out without worrying about Iowa’s Gift Law.
Prize Donation – Price varies
Donate a prize for the on-site drawing for all golf participants and/or for winning teams. Prize ideas include: cash donation, Iowa trips, game tickets, gift baskets, etc.
Golf Hole Detials: On-site hole sponsors are responsible for their own equipment the day of the outing. This includes tables, chairs, tents, coolers, ice, etc. Otter Creek staff will help get the sponsors out to the holes before the outing and bring them back in after the outing is finished. This takes time, so we ask that hole sponsors check in at least 1 hour before the outing start time. Hole sponsors are able to reserve a cart if needed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. The cost of the cart is $45.
Hole sponsors must purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (with the exception of bottled water) from Otter Creek Golf Course. Otter Creek Golf Course will give out drink tickets to the hole sponsor to be redeemed for drinks that the hole sponsor agrees on. Otter Creek will supply the hole sponsor with the number of drink tickets requested, and the hole sponsor will put a credit card number on file with Otter Creek for payment for the drinks when the outing is over. The redeemed drink tickets will be counted by Otter Creek Food and Beverage Manager and the hole sponsor will be charged for the drinks tickets redeemed plus an additional 20% service fee added to the total charges. Drink tickets can be purchased for liquor, beer, Gatorade, water, pop, and snacks. If any outside alcohol is brought onto the course that was not purchased from Otter Creek, we reserve the right to take the alcohol from the sponsor, and the sponsor could be asked to leave the premise.
All beverage and snack tickets must be submitted to Katie Thielman at lease 8 days prior to the event date. They must contact Katie Thielman at (515) 965-6466 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place their ticket orders. The hole sponsor will not be allowed to order drink tickets the day of the outing. Payment is due for the product from the sponsor the day of the outing.
