Sponsorship Packages

Gold Sponsorship Package: $2,750

Exhibit Hall Booth

Associates: $675
Non-Associates: $1,075

Price includes one booth, unlimited booth staff, six Wednesday drink tickets, Thursday morning breakfast, one skirted table, two chairs and a paper copy of the pre-event attendee list. Booth Staff name badges will be printed at a self-service station at the event. Premium booth space is an additional $60. Booths with electricity are an additional $15. Exhibit hall theme: Circus. $50 late fee will be assessed after August 21.

Participate in Exhibit Game

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to participate in the Exhibit Hall Game. You MUST bring a prize of $50 or greater in value to participate in the exhibit hall game. Exhibitors who bring a prize will receive a stack of game cards to distribute at their booth.

Attendees will visit participating booths to collect all four circus act cards, then bring their completed set to the League Prize Booth to “Pick a Duck” for a chance to win. If they draw a winning number, they are sent to the corresponding exhibitor booth to claim their prize.

General Session Sponsorships

Leadership Sponsor: $1,350

Break Sponsor: $1,350

(2 available) – Must be confirmed by August 21.
Sponsorship includes draped table and space for literature alongside self-service station. Station can be staffed by sponsor if desired. Additional charge for special request menu items.

President Reception Sponsor: $1,500

Mobile App Sponsor: $3,500

Reach conference attendees with exclusive branding in the app including customizable messages at the top of the activity feed, a dedicated app section about your company and access to a customized survey and poll. Sponsorship also includes two conference registrations and recognition in app promotion. Artwork, custom features and attendees confirmed by August 21.

Coffee Sponsor: $1,350

Custom printed coffee cup sleeves, recognition in our conference app and an Excel sheet of pre- and post-event mailing labels. Sponsor to provide artwork to the League for production.

Transportation Sponsor: $1,500 for one bus or $4,000 for all three

The League will provide sponsorship signage on the bus, verbal recognition during any bused mobile tour/event, recognition in our conference app and an Excel sheet of pre- and post-event mailing labels. Sponsorship includes access to the event for two staff. Please confirm staff attendance before August 21.

Convention Center Charging Station Sponsor: $900

(1 available) – Must be confirmed by August 21.
The League will provide recognition signage with sponsor logo displayed and space for literature at the Charging Station, which will be open the entire conference. Also includes one full conference registration.

Elevator Graphics: $600

(4-6 available) – Must be confirmed and artwork provided by August 21.
Maximize visibility with a custom-printed graphic on the elevator doors of the Isle Hotel, one of the conference’s high-traffic areas! Includes a graphic on the inside and outside of the elevator door, located on either the first or third floor. Graphics measure 16 in. W x 23 in. H. Sponsor to provide artwork to the League for production. Sponsorship recognition in the League conference app is also included.

Window Graphics: $600

Must be confirmed and artwork provided by August 21.
Grab conference-goer’s attention as they travel between their hotel and the convention center with custom-printed window graphics! Includes one window decal, measuring 36 in. W x 24 in H. Graphics are printed and placed in the skywalk connecting the Isle Hotel and the Waterfront Convention Center. Sponsor to provide artwork to the League for production. Sponsorship recognition in the League conference app is also included.

Pre- and Post-Conference Mailing Labels in Excel: $375

(Only available to Community Alliance Programs.)

Bag Stuffers: $400

(limited, only available to exhibitors) – Must be confirmed by August 21.
Sponsor must provide 550 of the items to include in the conference bag. Items must be received by September 4. No food is allowed. Some items may only be included on first-come basis. Because the gift is going through the League, you can get your name out without worrying about Iowa’s Gift Law.

No sponsorships are exclusive or limited to one company per service area. For example, more than one engineering firm may sponsor the conference app ad or provide bag stuffers. No competitors to our Endorsed Programs can exhibit.

$50 late fee will be assessed after August 21. Registration will not be processed without payment. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given within two weeks of the show date. No refunds will be made to no-shows.
