Cityscape Advertising Contract

If your organization provides services for municipalities, advertising in Cityscape is an effective way of getting your message out to thousands of municipal decision-makers in Iowa.

About Advertising

The League’s Cityscape magazine is one of the primary sources of information for city officials in Iowa. Each month the magazine is delivered to key officials in approximately 870 League member cities and has a circulation of approximately  4,500 and over 2,000 for the ePub edition. If your organization provides services for municipalities, advertising in Cityscape is an effective way of getting your message out to thousands of municipal decision-makers in Iowa. Placements can be made for one month or an entire year. Choose to insert your ad seven or more times per contract to receive an additional 5% discount.

*Cityscape magazine is distributed as a print and interactive digital magazine. Any website listed on an ad will be linked in the digital edition for free. You may add on a Whole Ad Link (link entire ad to company website) to your contract. You must be in the print edition to be included in the digital edition.

You also accept the submission requirements and understand non-conforming copy could delay the publication of your ad. A complimentary printed issue will be sent to the contact name listed below along with your monthly invoice.

  • Please select the month(s) and ad size for insertion – Discounts will not be calculated on this form. Please note that we only accept ads by the 10th of the month prior to insertion.

  • Pricing

    All advertisements will be invoiced monthly with applicable discounts.

  • Step 3: Submit Your Artwork

    • Ads and contracts must be received before the 10th of the month prior to the month of insertion (ex. March 10 for April magazine).
    • Art files must be saved as a JPEG, TIF, EPS or PDF in CMYK color format.
    • Fonts must be included as outlines or embedded in the file.
    • Please include a 1/4” bleed on full page ads.
    • Corrective work will be charged by the hour.
    • Please send artwork to advertise@iowaleague.org.
