As part of its ongoing efforts to evaluate League partner and endorsed programs, the Iowa League of Cities periodically gathers feedback from member cities regarding their experiences with various service providers. This survey focuses on Iowa American Water and is intended to help us better understand how cities interact with the company, identify areas where the relationship is working well, and learn about any challenges or concerns that may exist.
