Most regions include a variety of settings and demographic variations that need to be considered when developing a regional housing strategy. This session will look at a layered approach to implementing a regional plan that includes partners at all levels from local developers and realtors to regional and state funding partners. Finally, lessons learned from other regional studies will be shared with regard to start-up, the planning process, and implementation.
