When the winds of change blow hard enough, the most trivial of things can become deadly projectiles. That’s because every person touched by change will react based on their personal thoughts and feelings – even when those thoughts and feelings seem hopelessly irrational. This session teaches us that helping people move through change is not an exercise in logic and reasoning. Rather, the key is to consider feelings “data” and use that data to care for people (Yes, we said care) and be the leader they need most during the messiest of times.
