The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has proposed significant changes to the rules governing federal grants that could affect how cities administer federally funded projects. If your city receives or relies on federal grant funding, consider whether the proposed changes would affect project delivery, reimbursement, staffing, reporting, or other grant administration activities.
