Description

This beginner-level session is designed for all participants, regardless of prior experience. The discussion will focus on the impacts of recent property tax reform, including valuation changes, budget-planning considerations, and strategies for effectively communicating the evolving property tax landscape to governing bodies and the public. The session will be interactive and include hands-on time using Piper Sandler–developed forecasting models. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop.
