Lead Out, Trust In: Operational Lessons from an In-House Lead Replacement Initiative

Description

Utilities everywhere are under pressure to replace lead service lines to comply with federal regulations—without sacrificing safety, quality, or customer trust. This session demonstrates how an in-house replacement initiative was designed, staffed, and operationalized to increase throughput, improve coordination, and reduce delays. Attendees will leave with practical lessons on planning, field execution, customer communications, and performance tracking they can adapt to their own lead replacement goals.
