Join League consultant Teresa Rotschafer Oct. 15 in Estherville for guidance on city government finances, including detailed instruction on fund accounting, municipal revenues and expenditures, and financial reporting. The training is primarily designed for newer city clerks, finance officers and city administrators, but is open to all city officials. The session will run from 1-5 p.m. and costs $50.
