REMINDER: the deadline to obligate any unspent ARPA funds is December 31, 2024. It is very likely cities that do not meet the deadline will be required to return any remaining funds that are not obligated to the Department of Treasury. Keep in mind, “obligate” means the funds are under a contract that is executed before December 31, 2024.
