Community Champions Award Submission

Nominate an individual or community group that have shown initiative in working with their city to develop programs, services and amenities that are beneficial to their community and improve the lives of the residents.

The letter of support should discuss the following aspects of the applicant’s work to assist their city: the contributions that ensured the success of the program, service or amenity; special leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and encourage support; any extraordinary efforts made by the nominee and the challenges and obstacles that were overcome to make these contributions.
