Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs)

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2025 Small City Workshop which featured training on how to update and complete Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), including guidance on the important elements in such plans, engaging the public and working together as a team to identify priorities and funding. CIPs are an effective tool for helping city officials stay on track with needed infrastructure improvements and equipment that helps deliver quality services while incorporating citizen feedback and demonstrating how the city will achieve community goals.
