The future is now. We are already making decisions about “back to work,” employee safety, and all of these decisions have an impact on how it feels to work for our companies/departments.

Some of us never left the office while others have been home for over two years now. All of us learned things about what we liked, what impacts productivity, and how we are at our best in a reshaped business landscape.

In this discussion, we will unpack what we lost with blended work spaces and what it has cost us in terms of problem solving and innovation.

Participants will also get some ideas on things they can practice to ensure the needs of the business are balanced with the needs of our employees and how we start to deliberately and intentionally  shape our future.
