Get your day started with some fun wellness activities, hosted by Waterloo’s Bryan Rutledge and the Cedar Valley SportsPlex. Those interested will meet in the Convention Center lobby and make a short walk with Bryan to the SportsPlex where there will be a variety of wellness options, including running on an indoor track and participating in fitness classes.
