Second Wave of ARPA Funding

The State of Iowa has received the second half of the dollars allocated to Non-Entitlement Unit (NEU) cities in Iowa in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The State will be sending out a payment to each NEU city that received ARPA dollars last year. The payment will be roughly the same amount paid last fiscal year. These payments will be directly deposited into each city’s account over the next week. To find out how much you should be expecting, please visit the ARPA NEU distribution website at
https://data.iowa.gov/stories/s/bvpp-tryr/. If you have questions about your ARPA payment, contact Ted Nellesen with the Iowa Department of Management – at
(515) 281-3705 or ted.nellesen@iowa.gov.
