REAP City Parks and Open Spaces Grants Available

The Iowa Department of Natural Resource’s REAP Program offers a variety of grant programs, including the City Parks and Open Spaces Grant. The grants are designed to support parkland expansion and multi-purpose recreation developments. The program issues funding to cities in three different population categories; no local matching amounts are required. Some uses are ineligible, including athletic fields/courts, sports facilities, swimming pools and playground equipment.
