DMACC WET Program Offers Training for Water/Wastewater Operators

The Water Environmental Technology Program (WET) at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) offers degrees and certifications for those in the water and wastewater operator fields. The robust program can help newly graduated high school students and industry professionals get their licenses and certificates faster than ever before, potentially at no cost to the student or employer.

Also, the new DMACC hybrid virtual/online and face-to-face internship platform allows the student to attend lecture-based classes virtually. This provides the ability to complete homework online and get hands-on training at the DMACC campus. Much more information and a list of classes can be found on the DMACC website
